  • To give Penta a good understanding of the candidate: their experience, knowledge, values and ambition
  • To give the candidate a good understanding of Penta: what the company is like, the journey we’re on, and a thorough understanding of the job role

This is about getting to know you and your work experience to date.

 

Online assessments

The aptitude assesments give us an understanding of your strengths, your learning style and your approach to the workplace.

 

Face-to-face assessment at Penta

Meeting face-to-face provides the opportunity for us to learn more about you, and for you to get a feel for Penta. This will include a practical assessment, interview(s), and time in the department with your future team.
