We mill aluminium components in both aerospace and commercial grades. Our aluminium milling service includes all batch sizes, from prototype to batch production. Our cutting-edge CNC machining centres boast 24/7 high-flex automation for uninterrupted production. This, coupled with our quick set tooling, 4- and 5-axis milling capabilities, and production machining experience means we can offer the best value, whatever the batch size of aluminium machined parts.
We work with traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files) and 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats). We also work from basic customer sketches or samples.
