With approximately 50% of all our milled parts being machined in plastic, we have become experts in delivering exceptional quality in some of the most difficult grades to machine.
We have introduced cutting-edge CNC machining centres which boast 24/7 high flex automation for uninterrupted production. This, coupled with our quick set tooling, 4- and 5-axis milling capabilities, and highly skilled engineers, ensure your plastic milled part is manufactured most efficiently and cost-effectively, regardless of batch size.
Thanks to our fully networked CADCAM software, we can work with 2D and 3D file formats, hand sketches, and samples to bring your design to life.
Plastic Turning

Over 60% of our turning capacity is utilised in processing plastic.
We can produce high quality prototypes using our manual and toolmaker CNC lathe, together with medium and high volume batches on our driven tool, multi-spindle machines.
We regularly turn thousands of bearings and bushes as well as prototype to low-volume tooling and shafts.
